When can I expect to see results?

If you follow the programme, you will love the results.  The key is consistency.  If you’re consistent with your workouts and adhere to the ongoing nutritional information in the Win-in-10 Meal Plan, you will get results fast.  Mari Winsor believes in a statement once made by Joseph Pilates: "After 10 sessions you’ll feel a difference, 20 sessions you’ll see a difference and 30 sessions everyone will see a difference."                     

Can I follow this programme if I’m pregnant?

You must check with your doctor before doing any type of exercise while pregnant.  Then if you decide to use these DVDs while pregnant, Mari recommends that you follow the ‘modifier’ in each DVD.  The ‘modifier’ enables you to do the exercises at an easier level.  Be careful and always stop immediately if you experience any discomfort.  Remember to talk to your doctor first before starting this programme.  

Can I follow this programme if I’m very overweight (obese)? If so, when could I expect to see results?

Yes, but if you have concerns about your health and/or are very overweight, you should consult your doctor before you start this programme.  Then try the Win-in-10 Meal Plan for a few weeks before starting on the programme.  Also, start to get aerobic exercise by walking to burn extra calories. Begin with the Basic DVD and once you start to feel comfortable, you can start on the 20 Minute Workout DVD.   


Individual results will vary. Results achieved in conjunction with a calorie-controlled diet and regular exercise.  Consult your doctor before beginning this or any exercise programme.
